Shipping Policy
Effective date: April 1, 2025
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Carrier
We ship via FedEx Ground. All orders ship from our warehouse in the continental United States. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Free Shipping
Orders over $300 qualify for free standard FedEx Ground shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping
Weights are estimated based on product packaging. Actual shipping cost may vary slightly.
Bulk & Freight Orders
Orders requiring freight shipping (typically over 60 lbs or multiple pallets) require a custom quote. Please contact us at sales@paintsforboats.com or use the Bulk Inquiry form before placing a large order. We work with commercial carriers and can coordinate liftgate delivery, job site delivery, and scheduled receiving.
Hazardous Materials
Some of our products are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes and may be subject to additional handling fees or shipping restrictions. These products cannot be shipped via air freight. If your order contains a restricted product, we will contact you before shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@paintsforboats.com. We will work with FedEx to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
