Shipping Policy
Effective date: April 1, 2025
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Carrier
Standard shipping uses FedEx Ground. Online checkout accepts U.S. shipping addresses. Contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability for your destination and any product-specific shipping restrictions.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Orders with a product subtotal of $250 or more before tax qualify for free standard FedEx Ground or Home Delivery shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Below $250, FedEx shipping is calculated from the delivery address and packed gallon quantity. Confirm shipping in your cart before payment. Service availability is checked with FedEx for every order. Special-handling, restricted-destination and freight orders require an individual quote.
Bulk & Freight Orders
Orders requiring freight shipping need a custom quote. Please contact us at sales@paintsforboats.com or use the Bulk Inquiry form before placing a large order. Include the order quantity, delivery destination, and any liftgate or scheduled-receiving requirements so we can confirm available arrangements.
Hazardous Materials
Some of our products are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes and may be subject to additional handling fees or shipping restrictions. These products cannot be shipped via air freight. If your order contains a restricted product, we will contact you before shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@paintsforboats.com. We will work with FedEx to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
